IF for some reason you have received your item and it is damaged from delivery (Unlikely as I personally pack the Shit out of our outgoing products) we would consider a replacement for you at no charge,

With that said you would absolutely & With No Exceptions need proof of purchase, photos of the products unopened as well as photos of the package we sent you along with Photos of the shipping label we created to send you the original package
